ACDA Free Commission Drawing Terms & Conditions
Howdy! I hope you’re enjoying the ACDA conference so far – I know I am!
Thank you so much for stopping by my booth and taking interest in this free commission drawing. I’m doing this so that I can connect with many more educators through my mailing list and provide this service as a gift to someone and their ensemble!

The following terms apply, and you are agreeing to adhere to them when you enter the drawing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- By entering into the drawing, you are giving Christian permission to add you to his email list.
- The drawing will take place following the conclusion of ACDA, and the winner will be notified by either email or phone.
- Only one entry per person, per organization/ensemble.
- The handwriting on your entry slip must be legible.
- Entries without a full name and/or email address provided will not count.
- If the winner fails to respond to the initial notification within two weeks of its delivery, they forfeit the prize, and a new name will be drawn.
- The commission will be a choral piece.
- The attributes of the piece (length, voicing/instruments, premiere date, etc.) will be negotiable. However, Christian holds the right to decline requests from the winner regarding the piece’s attributes.
- A formal contract outlining rights for the commission and the piece will be agreed upon between Christian and the winner.
- Christian has the right to terminate the commission process with the winner, even after it has begun, if he deems it necessary.
- The winner has the right to decline the prize. In this event, a new name would be drawn.
- Christian reserves the right to not declare a winner.
